MY REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:

I have been a Realtor in the Las Vegas area since 2009. I have also had over 22 years of combined real estate experience with 10 years in the Las Vegas area and 14 years in Shanghai, China where I owned my own real estate and relocation firm. My clientele including Fortune 500 global conglomerates including  GE, American Standard of USA, Vivendi of France, Akzo Nobel of the Netherlands, Nestle.  My real estate background includes luxury residential, commercial office, industry workshops, and warehouse space. I also worked briefly as a home loan officer with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage which gives me an edge understanding home financing.

MY BACKGROUND:

Before starting my real estate career, I worked as an accountant for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and then owned my own retail business in downtown SoHo New York City. I set my roots in Las Vegas in 2002 when I purchased a home through Diann Tonnesen. Now I am a proud member of the Tonnesen Team.

In my spare time, I like to scout out new real estate developments, visiting the homes communities and high rise condo buildings I haven’t visited. However I can proudly say that I have visited more than 90% of Las Vegas and Henderson area luxury home communities and high rise condo buildings.

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Enterprise, Las Vegas, NV.

 It was a pleasure to work with Wei. She definitely put us at ease from the very beginning when we were in town for a decision trip whether we would select Las Vegas to live after retirement. She continued to keep in touch, followed up on our inquiries, and sent potential listings that were within our desired specifics. It made our research into which zip code, and which subdivisions to look much easier. By the time we returned, she had made all the appointments requested by us so we were able to see homes of our desire in a couple of days, and made decision to offer for our final purchase very smoothly.
