LAS VEGAS MASTER PLANNED NEIGHBORHOODS

Scattered throughout the Las Vegas Valley are various master planned communities for those who cherish the rich suburban lifestyle. These areas are distinguished by the tremendous number of amenities and conveniences they offer local residents. Because of their sheer size, master planned communities can incorporate extensive recreational amenities like lakes, golf courses, expansive parks with bike paths, and jogging trails.

Most master planned developments are a coalition of many different builders. One important benefit of this 'multi-developers' concept is there is almost always a wide variety of building styles, floorplans, lots sizes, landscaping styles, and pricing options throughout each community. ALIANTE

Aliante is a newer master planned community located in North Las Vegas built on 1,905 acres. (To put that into perspective, Summerlin is 22,500 acres and Southern Highlands is 2,300 acres.) More than 7,000 homes and 20,000 residents are projected at build-out, with Del Webb's Sun City Aliante, K B Homes, Pulte, D R Horton and Pardee Homes all participating. ANTHEM

GREEN VALLEY

GREEN VALLEY RANCH

Green Valley was such a success that developer American Nevada Corporation built this smaller sister community. INSPIRADA

Inspirada is a 2000 acre master planned community to developed by Focus Group in the southern foothills of Henderson. Inspirada is a community offering dense, pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods interconnected with narrow streets, village squares, parks and open space. MOUNTAIN'S EDGE

Mountain's Edge is a beautiful 3,000 acre neighborhood on the Southwest side of the city developed by Focus Commercial Group. About 500 acres of open space are featured within the community, which will comprise about 12,500 residences from more than 20 builders at build out. The first model homes opened in 2005. Amenities include neighborhood parks, as well as a clubhouse with two swimming pools, a spa, kitchen, party room, basketball court, playground, workout areas and barbecue facilities. PECCOLE RANCH

A lovely family neighborhood especially noted for its pocket parks and walking paths, Peccole Ranch is located west of the city near the Lakes and Summerlin. PROVIDENCE
